This morning was my first Fat Burner workout for DDP Yoga, which was probably the most intense of the workouts I’ve done so far.
I’ve been on the program for about three weeks and I feel a change. My beer gut seems to be getting smaller and I feel better than I have in years. What I like about DDP Yoga is it gives you the different poses and stretches, but you can – as Diamond Dallas Page says over and over again – make the workout your own. I follow the weekly workout maps in the manual but for days off I’ll try to mix different workouts together. Some days it will be Diamond Dozen mixed in with some of the exploding knees with a little of leg lifts.
I still have a bit of work to do – and I really need to get a heart monitor and scale to really measure my progress, but so far, so good.
