The first rule of kindness is to be kind to yourself.
It’s food for thought. I’ve been spending a lot of time reevaluating aspects of my life that bring me joy and bring me down. In the last couple of weeks, I’ve been writing op-ed pieces for DiMoro Sports, getting into Pokemon and going to church – all of these things bring me joy and peace.
I’ve also had to lighten the load a bit.

Spoilers for tonight’s Royal Rumble below
Tonight, former Bullet Club members Luke (Doc) Gallows and Karl Anderson added to their legacy by defeating Sheamus and Cesaro for the Raw Tag Team championship. The duo captured the IWGP tag titles on three occasions and won the 2013 World Tag League tournament.
The team took a big risk by leaving New Japan and signing with WWE. They had some big moments in 2016, but this is obviously the crowning achievement in their WWE run.
It’s an exciting tag team match between Sumie Sakai and Faye Jackson, who are two of the most charismatic athletes in Women of Honor against Kelly Klein and Kennadi Brink, who have been making an name for themselves.

I can always look to music to help calm my mood and rejuvenate my spirits.
